“Very comfortable stay in a beautiful village”
We really enjoyed the 3 weeks we spent at Patriko house. Myrthios village is a really beautiful spot with excellent tavernas and a cute little coffee shop within walking distance. In fact, the taverna next door (Dionysus) is one the best we've visited in all of Crete. The location is excellent as well, only 5 minutes from Plakias and within 10-15 minutes to some excellent beaches and walks. The apartment is spacious and well kitted out and Antonia was a wonderful host who helped us with any problems we had.

“Will definitely be back !”
We were met by Antonia the host who left us a welcome bottle of wine and various other gifts. I was concerned the location would be a little remote, even though we did have a car, but it was absolutely fine and put us right in the centre of an authentic greek mountain village that was a 5 minute drive from Plakias with a dedicated parking space. We were a family of 5 adults and the house was perfect.The decor was beautiful and the quality of fittings etc , comfort of bed and was amazing . The balcony was perfect for eating outdoors, and the taverna next door (which we was always busy but didn't affect us noise wise in any way ) was some of the best food we have ever tasted in Greek- they also allowed us to order take out to eat in the house which was great. We will for sure be visiting Patriko House again in the near future .
