“Great views over Plakias Bay and a walkable location behind the main restaurant part of town.”

The view over Plakias Bay was stunning during the day and also at night with the Full Moon rising over the lights of the town. The room offered every thing you needed and more. The location was great only 5 minutes above and behind the town not too far to walk at all if of average fitness.

The room was clean with wonderful view and fully equipped with all basic kitchen gadgets, it has a fridge and aircon as well, even iron and ironing board.

We had two adjoining apartments with a fabulous terrace under a vine that provided extensive shade in the hottest parts of the day. The view is spectacular and only a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Plakias. The apartments were well equipped, cleaned every day and linen and towels were regularly. We will be back!

The beds were very comfortable and the view really nice. The room exceeded our expectations. It was so affordable as well.Just keep in mind that there around 40something stairs if you get the highest rooms with the view. The air-conditioning was of good quality.

“Hidden paradise”

Almost everything was perfect. Olive Grove is undoubtedly different from most of others Cretan vacation facilities. Although not distant from the very center of Plakias the Olive Grove area is well protected by its rich green vegetation from any hustle and bustle of the attractive holiday town of Plakias. And a superb view of the town and of its sea bay from its elevated position is a bonus. The room was cleaned and maintained by an excellent manner on a daily basis by very friendly Georgia and two other ladies.

“Well designed, equipped and positioned collection of units a short walk away from the village centre”

Keys were in the door on arrival. Chose this place as it is a short walk away from the main centre. No man-made noise but remarkable ciccada noise constantly emerges from trees surrounding the building. Not unpleasant but you are very aware of it. Good centre to drive north and east to mountain villages and quiet beaches. We were lucky to be there for 24 June celebrations which included "jumping over fires" and local people performing traditional Cretan dances.
