The appartment is fantastic with a large terrace in the center of Plakias. It has large beds with comfortable mattresses. The shower room is also spacious compared to the default ones. The kitchen unit has pretty much everything you need. We also liked the proximity to the various beaches and got good hints from the nice host where to dine etc. Parking a car is not a problem and it is for free and there are supermarkets close by.

“No see view”
They proposed a different apartment based on the photos from the one booked in the description. Be careful because we were given the family suite with pictures of the Deluxe suite, the only selection available at the time of booking. In addition, the family suite is poorly soundproofed and little care in cleaning. The sea view is sideways. Be careful also because booking does nothing to control this.

Everything about this place was perfect. Outstanding design, comfortable place with an amazing terrace all for yourself. We really enjoyed the stay. The hosts were super friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended :)

We stayed 5 days.The homemade decorations are amazing. The balcony is gigantic and super comfortable. The inside has plenty of space as well. The location is quiet, yet close to many good spots for drinks and food. Plenty of free parking right in front as well.

“Beautiful suite centrally located. Best of Plakias accommodations.”
Notus suites is one of the nicest places I've ever been in Greece. The owners Nikos and Maria are very kind and helpful. I felt welcome right at the first met. There was a bottle of ouzo on the table given from Nikos as a gift. The suite itself is fully furnished. The interior design was done in a professional matter. The lighting is outstanding. The kitchenette and the bathroom comprising of the latest state of the art fixtures and appliances. The bed was comfortable. I liked the mixture of the furniture, something traditionell and yet ultra modern. The terrace grants unobstructed sea view. The terrace is very large and equipped with a table, a swing, seating area and a comfortable lounge bag. The tavernas are within close proximity. There is parking on the public parking lot available right in front of the hotel. The distance to the nearest beach is approx. 250 m. The mini market is in beneath the terrace. The central location is one of the highlights. The distance to Chania airport is approx. 100 km.

Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment right in the heart of Plakias. This immaculate apartment has been beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated by the welcoming owners. Super comfy, super long beds! Free and easy parking right outside was a bonus.

“Absolutely wonderful apartment in Plakias”
Notus suites is absolutely amazing. It is located in Plakias town centre on the main street in front of the beach. Our apartment was at the first floor with a huge terrace overlooking the beach. It was modern, nicely decorated and spacious. The owner is really kind and the price is great for such a place.
