“Excellent small villa in quiet location”

Lovely villa, every bit as smart as the photos suggest. The owner George is very helpful. We slept well; no road noise; easy parking; supermarket just a 3 minute walk away; restaurants 10-15 minute walk. We liked the quieter vibe of Plakias after an enjoyable but busier few days in Chania. Plenty of nice walks and beaches around. The drive from Chania is straight forward. We'd happily return!

“Increteblue made our holiday incredible!”

What makes Increteblue so increteblue? Do you have a minute? Or better yet, make it ten! The villa is super stylish, modern and beautiful. On the outside and on the inside. You have your own garden with BBQ, a private refreshing pool and 4 nice sun beds. Believe me, after a hike in the nearby mountains, a day of sightseeing or a long bike ride (the climbs here are stunning) the water is soooooooo nice and cool! And so is the villa, because it has airco on both floors. The living room has a big and relaxed couch with super soft pillows. I admit I dosed off once or twice while binging a Netflix series on the huge smart tv. The kitchen has everything you need. The upstairs bathrooms are beautiful, so are the bedrooms, and at the large rooftop balcony there’s a lounge set and jacuzzi!! Overlooking the sea and the mountains while relaxing in the bubbling water sooths body and mind. And talking about soothing: the villa has this special calming and chill vibe. That helps you slow down and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The villa is 300 meters from the beach that has a nice beach restaurant. And Plakias town is only a ten-minute walk away. For great lunch go to Blu, for great lambchops go to restaurant Kri Kri. And for great hospitality, go to George, the owner of Increteblue Suites. His welcome was very warm and friendly (he even brought chicken eggs from his mother as a gift), he was super helpful and responded immediately when we had a question. And because we had a day of rain, he even gave us a late check out for free, so we could enjoy the Greek sun and the pool! as long as possible. You may think I have ‘shares’ in Increteblue Suites. That’s not the case. But Increteblue Suites had a great share in our fantastic holiday. And I’m sure it will offer you an increteblue holiday experience too. Except for the week of 2 till 9 May 2027, because then we will be back :-). Thanks George,

“A truly lovely week. If and when we return to Plakias we would look to use this property again.”

George was incredibly helpful, with excellent communication before and during the stay. We were already on the island of Crete, so he let us check in early on the arrival day. We have never stayed in a property where the cleanliness has been such a feature. Vera our cleaner was meticulous, insisting on changing towels daily, even though we were happy to skip days. The pool was also cleaned daily. It was lovely and private.

“Comfortable relaxing stay in fabulous Plakias”

Cleverly designed villa with superb furnishings and fittings made it a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. As others have said, George the host was wonderul and very generous with goodies he brought us. Also a special mention to Vera who did a wonderful housekeeping job - the place was kept spotless. The villa is short walking distance to the beach, bakery, supermarket and restaurants so a hire car is not essential. However if you wish to venture a bit further afield and explore the wonderful mountain villages then a car would be useful. Overall highly recommended.

“Everything we wanted and more!!!”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa! The location was perfect – just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of the supermarket. The villas themselves were spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. We especially loved the pool, the terraces, and the spacious rooms and bathrooms. One of the highlights was the daily cleaning service and fresh towels, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and luxurious. The beds and amenities were all extremely comfortable and convenient to use. George was an outstanding host – always quick to respond, genuinely caring about our experience, and full of great local recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place!

“A perfect area and accommodation for a peaceful, quiet holiday.”

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, for families, friends and couples. I went here with my wife and teenage daughter, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The host, George, was very helpful and made it easy to figure out how to initially get into the suite during a late-night arrival. The suites themselves were beautiful, with a pool (relatively big and deep, and constantly filtered), 3 bathrooms, 2 separate bedrooms, a patio, 2 balconies and a jacuzzi on one of the balconies. The kitchen came with a full set of appliances, such as a kettle, blender, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils etc. All of the windows and sliding doors have nets to prevent bugs from entering the house. There is AC in every room in the house, (other than the bathrooms), and it is easy to use. The view from the balconies are incredible. We stayed in the Orchidea suite, and spent much time in the jacuzzi, looking out onto the view of Plakias' many surrounding mountains. The area itself is quiet, with a supermarket full of everything you need, just a 5-minute walk away from the accommodation. Most of the restaurants and shops can be located along Plakias' main beach, which is further down from the supermarket. The beach is rocky, and more of a strip of land, but usually quiet. We rented a car, therefore we didn't spend much time on this beach. The suites are very clean, with cleaning and fresh towels being brought daily. There is a dental kit provided for you in each bathroom. Overall, these suites are perfect and definitely worth the money and stay.

This is a really nice villa, thoughtfully executed. The owners are very kind and the staff do a great job to make sure everything is perfect.

The villa is absolutely perfect in every way. Spacious, spotless, well equipped (washing machine, AC in every room including living room, jacuzzi, nice pool long enough to swim, fast WiFi, etc), its location is ideal, at a 10 min walking distance from the large beach of Plakias, with a supermarket and bakery at 3 min. You can wonder at the marvelous sunset every night from one of the balconies (see photo) while enjoying the privacy and absolute quietness the villa offers, being away from the main street. The villa and pool were cleaned daily, and the cleaning lady ensured that we did not miss anything during our stay. She was very nice and respectful of our privacy. Our host Giorgos was an honour to Cretan hospitality, welcoming us with a nice bottle of local wine and traditional (homemade!) 'raki', he was available at any time and provided generous recommendations for the best spots to visit and restaurants to try in the area. Ευχαριστώ πολύ for making our stay so special Giorgos, we will definitely come back!

“Perfect stay”

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! Waking up with a picturesque seaside every day. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy the nearby attractions. The accommodation itself is top-notch, offering everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, a perfect pool, a Jacuzzi, a smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. All rooms are air-conditioned, which was a blessing during the hot days. The cleaning service was impeccable, with the housekeeper coming every day to ensure the place was spotless. We didn't lack for anything during our stay. In fact, the accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way.Definitely, our best stay so far in Plakias (6th time). Our host, George, was always available and provided excellent recommendations for excursions and restaurants. My dear George, we will definitely come back! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, φίλε μου!

A perfect vacation home for a couple's vacation. The house is fully equipped and clean. The welcome was warm and we got an answer to every question. The beaches are within walking distance or a short drive, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. highly recommend !

The welcome from George the owner was friendly and informative, with excellent recommendations on restaurants. The suite is spotlessly clean and modern, with Netflix, Prime, and Apple on the two SMART TVs. The suite is a short walk from Plakias and its beach and a 10-minute drive to Ammoudia and Ammoudaki beaches.
