“Fabulous apartments in an excellent location”

The location, very close to Tavernas, bars and supermarkets. Organised beach with plenty of options a ten minute stroll away. View from the balcony, through the bougainvillea looking out over the Libyan sea was mesmeric. Lovely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette and great bathroom with walk-in shower. Cleaned every day with fresh towels every other day. The owners were very accommodating. Cannot rate these apartments highly enough.

Gio-Ma studios are in the perfect position in the nice village of Plakias. Excellent balcony with fantestic sea view. Beach at 10 mt. Everything you need in the village you can go by feet. Host gentle, always avaiable. Higly reccomended in Plakias village.

Best spot in Plakias near the best tavernas! Exceptionally clean apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows. Had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. Beautiful balcony with ocean view. A number of beaches within walking distance.

Room 99 in June was cool no need to use the air-conditioning even though it was quite hot outside, modern fixtures and fittings, comfy bed. Nice gift at the end of the stay.

We rented the economic studio. All the basics were met: good mattress, kitchen appliances (small oven worked great), hot water, great shower. Very well situated.

The village of Plakias is very unique. It's small but there is everything you need. The beach is amazing. The rooms are spacious and have every facility. The views are great. Nice owners and staff.

We had the corner apartment in the main building on top of the restaurant (but that was not a problem at all). Excellent sound isolation. A nice large and newly renovated apartment, great bathroom. Outdoor seating available just outside the door with an amazing view over the ocean. Management really friendly. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to eat at their restaurant but the food (which we could see from the balcony) looked really good and it was full every night. Oh, also great beds (not the standard Greek ones). The location is perfect, just at the end of the main street so you won’t be disturbed by the nightlife. And there is also a great bar/coffe shop just next door (Armyriki).

The place was very clean and tidy, very well equipped! Very nice location! The tavern at the end of the road (if you go the opposite direction from the direction of the middle of the town) was very lovely! Amazing food and very friendly staff!

Great location right by the sea. The owner is very nice and polite, speaks English very well. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy. The additional plus is the restaurant belonging to the facility, located right next to the hotel, where you can eat delicious food with a seaview

Amazing little family run hotel with breathtaking view. Sleep with the balcony door open and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Not new, but very well kept and very clean. Will definitely come back!

Very comfortable The terrace is seafront, very great place to sit and enjoy the evenings. Directly located in Plakias city centre and a lot of tavernas and supermarkets (2 min walking). On the balcony you can listen to the live music playing at GioMa Taverna.

You can't beat the mornings (and evenings) on the balcony! The view of the sea is amazing. This place is just slightly outside of the heavily touristic Plakia beach, luckily. Everything is a minute walk away, beaches, bars, tavernas while you still enjoy a much calmer atmosphere. We stayed in an apartment with four beds on the upper floor. This was in November so we left the balcony door open for the night as there was very pleasant weather and just listened to the waves. But important to note that the door is very well isolated, no sound comes in if you close it. Parking is easy as the hotel has its own small parking lots just in front of the reception. Also the owner was very nice. Booking.com messed up our booking: we couldn't change it on the webpage, so booking.com charged for 5 days while we stayed 4 nights due to our flight schedule change. But it was not a problem for the owners and they reimbursed us one night.
