“Everything was perfect.”
Villa was super clean, modern and looked almost new. Pool was perfect and we enjoied it alot. Anything what we needed, the host Pantelis helped us and was super helpfull and kind! One extra was that you can go out straight from every room. The roof was very stunning in the evening and we went more than once look stars in the sky! Village was in 5min walk and we took several times morning coffee and smoothies from cafe. Also ate in Village Tavern where people were super kind.

“Amazing luxurious stay at the heart of south Rethymno!”
Everything was great! The host, the quality of the villa's furniture, the pool, the location! Great location , close to some amazing beaches and a village with super markets and little tavernas. Lively town of Plakias town is only 10mins drive.

Demar exclusive Villa...an amazing villa that my family and I chose to stay in while visiting the lovely south Rethymno...and we really feel so lucky to have found such a gem that made us feel so peaceful yet luxurious at the same time for a few days ! The welcome was worthy of Cretan hospitality, offering us traditional dishes... It is clear that this villa was created with love and thought for the guests so as to completely cover their every need and requirement... what should I mention first: the rooms with everyone to have their own amazing bathroom providing privacy... the stylish interior of the house or the incredible outdoor area with the huge pool that the kids didn't want to get out of... barbecue and furniture in various corners of the outdoor area come to complete the scene and to make your holidays unforgettable... I highly recommend it for your next visit to Crete!!!

“Amazing villa highly recommended!”
Just amazing! The villa is made to high aesthetic standards, super spacious, luxurious and clean. We loved the calm location surrounded by mountains, the relaxing pool with comfortable lounge chairs, the nights at the barbecue and the numerous spots to chill out. The kids also had an amazing time in the pool and surrounding spaces making this an ideal family destination! We hardly wanted to leave!
