The hotel is very nice and clean but the best are the staff, they were great! We were assigned to a bedroom and our next-door neighbors were super loud (TV + Snoring) so we call the reception and we were movr to a very quiet and comfortable room. They were really nice and solved our problem in a minute!

We were given a room with a broken fridge. At booking we had selected that we were travelling with a 1-year old. Babies drink milk. We did not complain because we didn't want to deal with moving rooms as it was time for the baby to sleep, so staff did not have a chance to fix the issue. But the issue should not have happened in the first place. The hotel didn't seem overbooked.

Awesome value for money! It's a 3Star Airport Hotel in the outskirts of Indy, but given that it is a great choice and has ab absolute fair price esp with the ubiqitous booking discounts. Very friendly staff, nice facilities and a decent breakfast

Breakfast: at 5:30am, we could still enjoy cold buffet (bagels, yogurt, pastries, coffee, banana). Shuttle to airport was punctual and courteous
