“Beautiful and relaxing”

The apartment was equipped with many useful kitchen utensiles (toaster, blender, mikrowave, kettle and many more) which added to the holiday feeling. I could prepare myself smoothies and different kinds of food without having to worry that it would not be possible. Also, the apartment was spacious and the lovely housekeeping ladies decorated it with their impressive towel folding art. The beach is being maintained every day and looks like a postcard. The chairs are super comfy and they also offer kajaks and SUPs for free. Moreover, you can just take a bicycle to do the groceries which is very convenient and saves a lot of money as taxis are a bit pricey. To sum it up, I really had a great and relaxing time at this place. Not to forget about the night guard Lloyd aka King who provided me with maaaaany fresh coconuts directly from the tree!

“Cozy perfection”

The location is absolutely perfect. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The area is very safe and there is lots to see and do. Being able to walk out on the beach every day was just amazing. We will be back.

A beautiful, restful three-unit building with helpful, personable management and security on site, a good kitchen, wonderful view across the two-acre private beach, and a roof deck for star-gazing. There were kayaks, a canoe and bicycles that we used for a pleasant easy ride to the supermarket in Seine Bite. The sidewalk in Placencia village with its shops and lively clubs is not to be missed, especially on Garifuna drumming nights. Property was very nice. Its right by the beach and the view from the room was lovely. Room was spacious and the amenities were adequate. Close enough to the town (15 min drive). It was quiet and peaceful and there was security at night.

The location was gorgeous. The pictures of the beach that were shown on the listing didn't capture the beauty. The accommodations were spacious and more than adequate. We especially appreciated the rooftop deck and the nice long porch with comfortable seating.

It was very nice to have a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room. Cable was a real bonus! 5 gal of water is provided. Hot water and great water pressure in the shower. It is a taxi ride to the pier. $25 bz. Flying pig restaurant and beer tasting/restaurant are within walking distance.

Nice cool rooms upon arrival. That's a plus in the belizean heat.

Loved this house so much; the beach feels private and offers great swimming, and the birds in the yard could be watched all day. The cleaning team is very thorough. Our family was very happy here and would return!

“Gorgeous and elegant 2 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with pool”

I stayed in the 2 bedroom/3 bathroom villa on the lagoon side. The house was meticulously clean and beautifully designed and decorated - modern yet unique and comfortable. The kitchen had all appliances including a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and a fridge with an icemaker and filtered water. The pool was gorgeous and the "backyard" was spacious with a large, green space with coconut trees and nice seating area. The terrace on the second floor was a major bonus - very private and wonderful lagoon views, especially for watching the sunset. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds with mounted televisions and en suite bathrooms (gorgeous rainfall showers!). Nice sound system to connect by bluetooth or aux cord. This house would be perfect and spacious for two couples or a family. The walk to the beach across the street is easy and it is very private and quiet. Staff kept the beach nice and clean and swimming there was fantastic and peaceful. Short walk to Hobbs Brewery and restaurant, 5 minutes down the street. A golf cart definitely came in handy getting to the village (about 10-15 minutes drive) and to other restaurants/resorts/supermarket nearby.
