The Property surprises with its modern design and comfort. Ultra spacious and clean. We were glad to see its ongoing upkeep with staff painting the already good looking building. Very attentive staff members.

“Modern and clean apartment in centre of Village”
We stayed for an initial 4 nights and then extended our stay for a further 3 nights. The first apartment was fantastic but there were a few issues with the second apartment hence giving a slightly lower rating. The beds are huge and comfy and the whole place is very clean. Location is right on the beach which is great but Sargassum meant we couldn't go into the sea there which is a shame (this is not unique to Brisa - the problem is all over the Belize coast). The staff were friendly and they also have kayaks which you can use for free. Well located in the village close to restaurants, supermarkets etc. Decent fridge-freezer and coffee machine. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Location was great. No restaurant at location. However, numerous restaurants & bars are within walking distance. Food is good to the taste. Wendy's offered great Caribbean cuisine.
