I had a very pleasant stay at the house. Everything was clean, cozy, and well‑maintained, and the hosts were extremely kind and responsive. The complex itself is also well looked after, and the house is equipped with everything you might need.

“Exceeded expectations!”
We had an amazing family holiday at Pizzo Sorriso Del Mare, the apartment was spacious, clean, with a large outdoor area, fully fitted kitchen had everything we needed. Kids loved the swimming pool, playground and a beautiful private beach. There's a nice farm shop selling local produce a couple of minutes away and a quick drive to the Terme and Pizzo. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the host Olga. We had a great time!

“Super”
Great location overall. The airport is only a 15-minute drive away, which makes planning your arrival and departure very convenient. The only downside is that there are no shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive about 20 minutes to the nearest town. The property has access to a private beach through a small pine forest — a wide, beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. It’s also perfectly located for exploring the region, with many attractions and charming towns within easy reach. The staff is very friendly, polite, and speaks multiple languages. Always ready to help. Overall, a top location.

Coming back to Pizzo for the second time! The location is great - with stunning nature and aarm sea. The apartment is spotless and cozy, equipped with everything I needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, accommodating any requests Until the next time!

The property is well maintained and taken care of. The location is stunning near some forests, mountains, and a beach. It is a lovely and quiet getaway from city buzz. Hosts were lovely too - they go above and beyond :) Highly recommend to anyone looking for a recharge!

“Stay away from Pizzo Beach club!”
The resort isn't what it was... Apartment was small, missing oven, kettle and cups but the last 2 was provide later on by stuff. There's no shop close by. Big swimming pool with slide doesn't belong to resort anymore, same tenis/football court and restaurant. No one informed us before we came

I have been staying here a couple of times, very happy with everything! The owner is friendly and ready to help. The apartments are clean, tidy, and equipped with everything guests might need for their stay They clearly are putting a lot of thought and effort into taking care of the place

Comfortable apartments with their own kitchen and a large terrace in a quiet, safe and peaceful place. Parking is next to the entrance. Convenient location for sightseeing. Responsive and attentive staff. Many thanks to the administrator Olga, who helped to solve any problems that arose.

“Short stay on a budget”
The cheapest solution in the area for the period we travelled. The apartment was on the ground floor with a private outdoor patio. It's part of a residential apartment complex with gated entrance. Good lighting of the patio and presence of outdoor tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. Overall, the apartment is fairly spacious. The kitchen had a fair amount of utensils, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The bathroom was well presented with a big mirror and several clean towels. Hot water is delivered quickly.
