Great breakfast and friendly staff in a prime location right by the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are clean and offer everything you'd expect for the price. While it's a bit more expensive compared to nearby options, it’s worth it if relaxation is your priority.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, with luxurious linens and fluffy towels. Loved the pool and restaurant area. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

“Memorable stay!”
I stayed in Los Portales for almost 2 weeks and had the best time. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind at all times. I received all kind of attention and best customer service! The breakfast is very good. The pool is fantastic and the food at the restaurant is delicious! I would totally come back

“I’d definitely come back. Great hotel but what makes it superb was the outstanding service”
As a girl traveling alone and first time in America I really rely on people helping me out. The hotel staff was so nice and friendly, there to help out in a very respectful way and it made me feel very safe. They offer service to drive you and come to get you by car with safe and respectful drivers. The breakfast was sooo good and my room was sparkly clean. I have really nothing negative to say except the gym being quite small and the center of the building being under reconstruction (but that’s only temporary). So all in all: Definetly recommend to come here, especially if you depend on staff to help you with things like I do. I have to mention one staff member that I have especially in mind here: Jose helped me out with A LOT of logistics and was so friendly and respectful, arranged everything I needed no questions asked (transport, tips, everything). Really outstanding personal service from Jose and made me feel so welcome greeting me by name and making sure I got to my meetings on time with transport around Piura (I was traveling for work)
