Located in a historic building that previously housed a Benedictine monastery, this Pittsburgh hotel offers a courtyard garden decorated in the style of an Italian Villa. “Great stay in a beautiful property”
It was a beautifully historical building that felt much more personal than the big downtown hotels I have stayed in. The shower was great, it has bathrobes and all the amenities you need. It’s in a nice neighbourhood too and walkable over the bridges to the strip and downtown. The grab and go breakfast was great and any and all staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful - I would gladly recommend the Priory.

Fantastic Hotel residing in a historic building which had been thoughtfully restored. I've never written a review on Booking before but somehow this family owned establishment struck a chord with me. The staff I encountered completed the positive picture with their warmth. I felt very welcome.

“Perfection”
Everything about the property were my dreams realized for a hotel, especially for a solo female traveler. The gentleman at the front desk knew where I had parked before walking through the front door late at night after dropping my son off at school following his fall break. Ceramic mugs in the room, coffee and tea, robes, the breakfast - every detail is intentional and noticed. Thank you Priory and team - I won’t stay anywhere else! You are a gem!
