The area was awesome. The space was huge for myself. I felt comfortable in the apartment. The heater was well needed and worked the whole time.

I love the space, cleanliness and the service goes beyond and above expectations. The staff is super friendly and quick to make any arrangement for you to feel comfortable. The place was clean, very nice facilities, AC on point and the views and locations majestic. This is the third time I stay here and will return next year to stay Pittsburgh without a doubt!

The location is great, right downtown. The car parking although a bit pricey is right across the road. Bed is comfortable although the pillows are massive.

We got great and fast communication with the host. The apartment was pretty big with amazing view.

The security was poor on the door to the apartment. I had to sleep with furniture pushed against it. The lack of cleanliness of the apartment was alarming. There was visible dirt where it clearly hasn’t had a deep clean in a long time.

I liked the location -a bonus for us was that Pickleburgh festival was literally across the street even though we hadn't come to town for the festival. Nice location for exploring downtown and walking across the bridges. Large apartment. Kitchen had enough supplies to cook a basic meal. Easy to access when we arrived with codes at the outside door and for the apartment.

We arrived late at night to find the WiFi was not working and the beds and sofas had not been cleaned. Bedsheets were hairy and had what appeared to be spit and blood stains on them! We had to find another place to stay and Stay Pittsburgh have been fobbing us off for FOUR DAYS, refusing to answer requests for a refund.

Location, very close to the downtown Despite there is no main desk, they picked us up the call quite fast and they were able to help us with the check in.

Very comfortable. Had all the amenities we were looking for, oven, fridge freezer etc. Good location, very central. Very easy to find the place and check in.

A lot of space, comfy bed and good equipment (kettle, coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer...). Nice channel and streaming selection available on the TV too. We didn't see any staff members but they were very responsive by text, which was great. Also, we came for a hockey game and the place is really close to the arena, so that's also very convenient if that's your reason for coming to Pittsburgh! Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the flat is a great deal for the price.

Good location easy to walk to around to various highlights. Parking just across the road (but extra cost) and convenient kitchen facilities in the unit.

Great to have a sofa and dining table. Easy to walk anywhere downtown, or to the T station. I found the bed comfy. Good value for money given the size and downtown location. Overall, I was glad I booked.
