Location. Also the front desk is nice, the room service staff is nice. He sent us a roller bed at 10 pm because the sofa bed is not working.

“Sheraton only in name”
Staff (manager in particular) are very friendly and professional. Location was convenient for us BUT the train line running at the foot of the hotel was news to us and turned into an issue. This is supposed to be a Sheraton but is actually a Marriott. What's the catch?

The location of the hotel was ideal. It was also the hotel that I was attending an event at. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was ok. The view from the room was really nice!
