“Dirty and uncomfortable due to bugs”
The first room had a bad odor which caused all of our clothes to smell bad. We had to get some items dry cleaned. The tub drain had black gunk coming up from the drain during a shower. We were switched to a second room which had bugs. Ants were all over the room. They got into our food causing a waste of food and money. I found one on me. A video was sent to to Kasa via text. It made for a disgusting experience and not a comfortable stay. Based upon our exposure to two rooms, we gathered the entire building was also dirty. We spent as little time as possible in the room because of the ants and did not use the kitchen. The kitchen was the entire reason for choosing Kasa. Black mold on the shower head. We asked for a refund and have not received any compensation. Trust that the videos of bugs in the room will be shared in addition to our poor experience with Kasa.

“Beautiful appartment with some minor parking issues”
Really fantastic appartment. Everything seemed to be quite new. Very clean. The electric fire place was so lovely! Self check-in had some minor issues (see below). In close vicinity to Hofbräuhaus and South Side.

“Great accommodation for a mother - daughter reunion after 2 1/2 years apart due to Covid!”
Breakfast N/A location good for DRIVING to places, but there were no cafes, shops, etc. within walking distance. It was very quiet, secure, and adequately furnished for cooking; suggest getting a chopping board. I would stay there again if I could get the view and FP as listed!
