The front desk staff were amazing. They even went as far as to get us a room that had a view. We came in late after a concert and the front desk staff helped us get our snacks and was very polite.

I could leave my luggage at the reception after check-out until leaving to the airport, so I could go to a museum between check-out and the trip to the airport. The venue where I was attending an event was reachable by feet. The window view was nice. I could not change dates for my booking so I had to make two bookings, while they could offer me the same room for the whole stay - what I appreciated.

The location is perfect for my purpose of visit. Other than the hotel restaurant, there are many options on the streets. The public transport - bus is easy and convenient. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They were very responsive to my questions. One even showed me what apps to use to buy tickets for the bus and to track the bus step by step.
