Unfortunately it was the worst experience ever. Will never book here again. They wouldnt let my husband check in because i booked the trip, i booked on Booking.com months ahead and the room was paid for but for some reason they could only let him. The customer service rep from Booking.com who is not even in the same country had to talk to them. They wouldnt even honour an email from Booking.com with my husband name. I was on the phone with Booking.com for hours for nothing. Eventually the women at the desk called Booking.com and finally let my husband check into the room at 7:30pm more than 2hrs after he at arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsbugh. Horrible experience!!! Never will i book with Hilton again..they didnt even refund the stay , what a travel nightmare. This is the way they treat people.

In apology for the misery I experienced as explained below the desk clerk gave me a voucher for a free breakfast. The breakfast I chose was a yogurt parfait and it was very very good and beautifully presented.
