Everything from check-in, to to check-out went well. The breakfast was good, and all staff were always helpful and pleasant. Central enough to walk across to the U Pitt campus. A very nice stay. Thank you.

Bed super comfortable, pillows, sheets, towels of super quality! Staff was lovely and helpful. Location was close to many fast-food restaurants.

The room was spacious, the lobby was modern. The food at breakfast was nice. It was in walking distance to shops

The hotel staff were amazing!! We really appreciated that they seemed to go above and beyond, despite undoubtedly being overworked during such a busy game weekend. Demonte in particular offered to bring pillows up to us when we requested more, depsite assuring him it would be okay if we went down to meet him. They just seemed to go above and beyond. Also, the shuttle and shuttle driver were more that accommodating for getting us where we needed to go, whether it be the trolly for game Sunday or the pickup/drop off at the market Square. He seemed like a great guy.

Breakfast is great and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very good - beds are big and comfortable and rooms include a mini-fridge too.

Parking was difficult on Saturday night. Many SUVS and trucks took up 2 spaces. It was Not well regulated. The bathroom was somewhat covered with hairy stubble and the toilet was dirty. We came in at 10 at night 3 nights and there was no one at the desk. We were not comfortable enough to hang around until someone showed up. When I had time to talk to the front desk he’d said there was nothing he would do because we did not bring it to his attention sooner. There was some dirt in the elevator that resembled dog feces.
