Many thanks to Maria, who made our stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is very well equipped. Above all, we had a puppet apartment with a very good and modern kitchen. There was both a terrace at the top and below. There were two showers with a toilet, which made the whole thing very pleasant with children. We definitely recommend the accommodation.

“A cosy apartment in a nice village”

The apartments are located in a quiet street. There's a lot of space for parking. The courtyard is very nice and cosy. We liked spending time there in the evening. Our apartment was clean and cosy too. The beds were quite comfortable. Maria was friendly and hospitable. We arrived at night and had a late check-in. We were given some fruit and a carton of juice as a welcome gift. We liked both the apartment and the village which is very close to Matala and Agiofarago gorge. The local beach was also very nice but we could swim there only on our first day and then there were big waves for the rest of our stay. Be sure not to miss Kommos Sunset Spot in 2,6 km from Lakoudia. It's a very nice place for seeing sunsets.

Maria is a great host. She is very kind and made herself available even though she worked during the day. The studio was perfect. Very modern and stylish. Just enough for 2. The only thing missing is a mirror in the room, there's one in the bathroom. There is a washing mashing available and space to hang the laundry, with the beautiful weather the clothes are dry in no time. The pool is nice. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. Parking spots are available. It is a 5 minutes drive to Matala. Carefull you need a car if you want to stay there. Thank you again Maria for having us😊

“A hidden gem”

Everything, from the main entrance to our room we had the feeling of walking through a peaceful cretan palace, a paradise that is very hard to find anywhere else in Crete. The pool was also a refreshing oasis during the hot days. The courtyard is the perfect resting place especially in the evenings, when you can watch the stars shining above. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and fully equipped. The AC and the fan gave us all the comfort we needed. We hope to come back again and stay longer because we felt like home and we are grateful for Maria, the owner, who stayed in contact with us all the time, even before and after our stay, giving us good advice regarding places to see nearby!
