“Not great now but will be nice soon”
We were not made aware that there were significant construction works in progress Thankfully the Host transferred us to another unit across the road. There the facility was much cleaner and a bit less noisy

Room had a nice style, we liked the amenities and location. Mind that parking place is not right at the location and it took us a while to find it, would definitely advise owner to not only post google map screenshot but perhaps picture of parking lot itself.

Extremely helpful host. Any questions we had about the area - answered. Any teeny tiny requests for what we need in the room - resolved without discussion. Any assistance required when checking out - addressed. The houses are beautiful. The village is beautiful and lively. The beaches are no more than 10 minutes away by car. We'll be coming back.

“Peaceful and private traditional Cretan accommodation”
Peaceful and private as located off a small side street. One of several small apartments in a 200 year old Cretan traditional stone and wood building. All apartments seem to have slightly different configurations. Our facilties were all good. Plenty of space with a comfortable bed, adequate kitchen facilities, large functional bathroom, lovely balcony for our own use. Great location in the heart of a quiet village with many varied choices of restaurants, tavernas, and bars. Service excellent, Zacharias was welcoming, warm, and always available if needed.

There is a washing machine in the apartment, making it easy to do laundry.

“Very nice admospheric place!”
Super location. Beautiful old building & room full of admosphere. Very fine beds. Zacharias was very friendly and relaxed. Outside a sea of flowers. The breakfastplace / café just around the corner was the best! Also highly recommandable in the evening, for drinks and dinner(-bites).

Staying overnight in a 200-year-old house is of course very romantic. I especially liked the exterior of the house and the street where bright bougainvillea bloomed. The center of the town is close and live music played there on Saturday night. It's for a nice mood.
