We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Km0 Pitigliano, hosted by the delightful Tiziana! From the moment we arrived, her hospitality made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be more perfect, nestled in the heart of Pitigliano’s historic charm, just steps from the main attractions. Another invaluable perk is the private parking spot just a few minutes’ walk away. In a medieval borgo like Pitigliano, where public parking is scarce and traffic is heavily restricted, this makes all the difference. Tiziana was always available with great tips on local spots to eat and hidden gems to visit. Highly recommended—we’ll be back!

Excellent attention to detail both in the accommodation and the staff. Un-prompted texted pre-communication regarding traffic restrictions and parking space location. Nice welcome and mini-guided explanation of the major attributes of Pitigliano on the short walk between the parking space and the property. Perfect location in the heart of the town, but with effectively sound insulated windows, and silent but effective air conditioning.

Tiziana was a wonderfully welcoming host, making me feel at home in this beautiful town. The apartment was outstanding, beautifully restored, with gorgeous views. Located in the heart of the old town near the Duomo and in easy reach of all areas by walking. I highly recommend Km 0.

Best location you can imagine at the beginning of th Center. The name is of the room is program! And a good parking space outside the ZTL-Zone.

With the recommandation of Tiziana, the parking was perfect (at the entrance of the city). Private room and bathroom / An other room with coffee for all the clients (but we were alone). We loved the place! Tiziana is very nice! Good communication!

The location is very clean and charming designed. Very nice modern shower. Everything seems new. The room is in the center of the town, in the morning it feels like you are part of the locals when the town slowly awakens. I really enjoyed this. I had my window open, but when it was closed it was still. The owner was very friendly and helpfull, she makes you feel at home and very welcome.
