Really peaceful and beautiful surroundings yet within a stone’s throw of Pistoia. Great for multi-family groups to stay at same place in separate units. Great pool, wonderful (really wonderful) breakfast. Great bbq area and private patios were a nice touch.

“Living “La Vita Bella” for 3 nights in this fabulous place with the family.”

Very special place. Off the beaten track on the outskirts of a very beautiful town. Property is kept very well. Better than the photos suggest. Matilde the host was super amazing. Couldn’t have been more helpful. She gets 11 out of 10.

We went to this place with a different mindset. But, we were very pleasantly surprised. A wonderful corner of Paradise. Wonderful owners. Comfortable rooms. Modern, artistically furnished. They have style, spirit and atmosphere. In the morning you wake up to the song of the birds. Peace and freedom. In front of you are spacious plantations of olive trees. We were pleasantly surprised when Mathilde and mother complimented us with home-made liqueur, cozunac and typical Tuscan sweets. For Easter we were treated to fresh eggs from the family farm. There is a convenient parking lot. All attractions are within walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops in the town. Oh, my lovely puppy was welcome and made to feel at home. I would happily come back here again. Thank you wonderful family :)

“Wonderful stay to relax and lay back”

The place offers a car parking, but is also reachable by public bus with about 10mins of walk. Overlooks a valley with a beautiful winery view, tennis court, swimming pool and hiking spots. The staff were super friendly and helpful, directly reachable to any help needed. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook your own meals, also there's a grocery store nearby ~7mins by car, so it is very convenient.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. The pool was very clean with toilets and shower facilities There were two bathrooms in the property. There was a lot of space for parking. Supermarket was 5 min away.

We arrived in the evening and only saw the excellent apartment. But in the morning, we noticed that the surroundings are also stunning. Unfortunately, we only had two days available, otherwise, we would have stayed longer.

“Relaxing stay at a wondful property outside of Pistoia”

Beautiful property with pool, olive garden and little animal farm, in easy reach from the city center by bus. The owners were amazingly accommodating and friendly, gifting eggs and lemons from their farm and even offering a ride to the train station on my day of departure. The apartment was spotless and had everything one might need, incl. a very well equipped kitchen with some coffee and a private terrace. Wifi was a bit slow at times but totally sufficient to do some standard surfing. There are some neat hiking paths very close by. Would recommend this place to 100%.

Everything was just great. The location was perfect - close enough to Pistoia (which is a lovely town) to pop in for dinner or supplies, but far enough to be in the countryside and away from noise. The property itself is beautiful, amazingly well maintained, and has everything needed, including a really lovely pool. The apartment was really well equipped, a good size for us, and had a great private terrace that we used a lot. Matilde and her parents are also the perfect hosts - kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. It meant the stay felt even more relaxed knowing we were in such good hands! The breakfast is also amazing! We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the region.

“Perfect stay!”

We were really well received by the hosts Matilde and Alessandra. The appartement was really well equipped and clean and the swimming pool was just perfect with our own assigned long chairs at the pool area for all 4 of us. It is really quiet, you can either stay there and enjoy the place and the swimming pool or go and visit one of the nice cities around. The city of Pistoia (8min) is also really nice to walk and visit and have dinner in the evening.
