The place is very big, very quiet area. Close to main cities. Also house is next to the owner, so if you have any problem there you can always ask. Also you have everything you need to live there, kitchen full of stuff to cook. Host was very kind :)

“Italian authenticity”

Location: it's kinda obvious from the map, but car is a must-have for this location. In exchange you get what most of us dream of under "Italian villa". It's about an hour drive to Florence, 1.5h to Pisa and something negligible to Pistoia - great base location for a couple of days. Just beware of local wildlife - it ranges from lizards to boars, so you don't want to walk around at night. Accommodation: spacious, authentic, has everything we needed. Marco's wine is also worth tasting. Host: very friendly, just keep Whatever Translate app you're using at hand. Anyway, a homemade pie didn't need a translation :)

Cleanliness, accommodation furnished with great taste. Old-fashioned, homely atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings. Considering the price, the breakfast is fine.

The breakfast was nice and sufficient for all, and the location was cool as well, it was indeed a nice one and we enjoyed our staying. Hope to revisit again.

“Vacation in nature without traffic.”

The apartment is located in nature with lots of greenery. The host was waiting for us at the entrance and nicely handed over the keys and explained everything. The apartment had everything needed to cook lunch (salt, sugar, spices, coffee). For breakfast, everything was sweet and salty. Very nice apartment for one or more nights. Vacation in nature without traffic.

Amid beautiful hills, close to the historical center of Pistoia, close to the entrance of the highway to Florence and to the sea

The place was very peaceful and clean. The pellet oven gave a nice atmosphere. The oven was a bit loud though but you will get used to it. We got plenty of breakfast.

“Fantastic”

Marco (the host) is the sweetest! The location was perfect, the room was super cosy, everything was super clean, there is a small breakfast (cornflakes, yoghurt, croissants), no remarks. 100% recommended!! Marco even makes his own olive oil and it is the best olive oil we ever had.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and decorated to high levels. The place is peaceful.

A fantasy cottage in a magical garden. The nature around the house is Just beautiful. Plenty of sitting areas in the garden.
