“Rather bad customer experience”
First time I give such a low score but my customer experience was reaching ups and downs during my staying at Il Serrino First of all we were hoping to have the entire house just for ourselves as per the reservation but that wasn't the case: We had to share the house and the pool with other guests becasue nobody informed us that there were 5 appartments in total (we were getting 2 out of 5)! Standard of a room was rather poor (e.g. no kettle to make a tea), at nights flies were giving us hard time due lack of mosquito nets Only the pool was cherry on top Location of a house was not very convenient: each time you would like to see places like Florence you need to consider 50 minutes to/from Pistoia driving on very curved and steep roads! Would I reserve that house again? Definitely not and next time I will read reviews on various portals not just on booking.com
