Set at the foot of the hills, Hotel Villa Cappugi has a pretty setting in the Tuscan countryside, 3 km from the historical centre of Pistoia. We had very pleasent stay at this hotel. Lady from the front desk said that our apartment was fully renovated in April 2025 and probably it was because all the equipement was almost new. Location of this place is not far away from the old Town center of Pistoia which amazed me so much, espacially after 9 p.m. Pool is amaizing especially in August when temperatures riches almost 40C.

Very friendly staff. We stayed at apartment section. Apartmanet was new built and comfortable. Beds and pillows are perfect . room was clean. Free parking is available. Pool is nice.

“Very nice and sweet hotel”
The entire team at the hotel was very polite and friendly. The welcome at the reception was warm and courteous. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. It’s not a brand-new hotel, but it’s very aesthetic, clean, and well-maintained. We chose this hotel during our trip to Florence because we rented a car and it had a pool. I didn’t expect it to be this good. The suite room they assigned to us was amazing — it had a beautiful, classic style that reminded us of earlier times. Breakfast was also very satisfying. If you have a car, I definitely recommend staying in this location to escape the noise of the city. Even though we planned to explore Florence, we preferred this area and soon realized it was a fantastic decision. A wonderful hotel — thank you to the entire team!
