The style,the strong shower on the 3d flour ;high clean standards with eco twist. The professional stuff,the walkable distance from the 🚉. The breakfast was fresh, delishes with enough choices.

“Hidden gem in a very charming and friendly city”
Absolutely everything. The family running the hotel is very polite, efficient, and professional. They allowed me to check in much earlier than expected because my room was already ready. The WIFI connection was perfect for work videoconferencing. I would recommend this hotel even if your goal is to visit Florence because it´s just a short train ride from Florence, yet the price and value for money are much higher than in the usual hotels there.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. A portable air conditioner had been provided, which helped cool the room fown.
