We traveled as two couples with a baby. The apartment was nice, cozy, and felt like home, with an excellent location. Restaurants and services were right next door, and we could park the car in a secure garage. It was easy to reach Florence by train. The host was fantastic, and everything went smoothly

Great location, well maintained, and great hosts.

The apartment was set up very well. It had everything we needed: a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a fabulous power shower, a washing machine, a clothes horse and a coffee machine. The apartment is very big. Giving a family of four spaces. WiFi is available, which was great after long days out on our feet. Beautiful big windows. Walking distance to the main Piazza( lots of restraunts close by). Fantastic huge Market on a Wednesday and Saturday.The train is a 10-minute walk with access to Florence, from Florence we visited Pisa, Viareggio(beach). Daniele was always on hand for any questions. We were also gifted Tuscan Wine and spaghetti. Very nice touch. We would highly recommend 👌

“Beautiful apartments in the center of Pistoia”

Spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, located in a palazzo right in the heart of Pistoia. Daniele and Chiara welcomed us warmly, guided us to the parking area, and then to the apartment. They were very hospitable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, as well as beer and water in the fridge. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen has all appliances, including a dishwasher, and enough cookware to prepare meals. The bathroom has a washing machine (although we couldn't use it since there was no detergent, and we didn’t want to buy a whole pack for just one wash). The location is extremely convenient—the apartment is right in the center of Pistoia, within walking distance to all the main attractions, as well as cafes and bars. An important bonus is the included parking, so we didn’t have to pay extra for it. Without it, parking in the city would have been a real challenge due to the complicated parking situation.

Very beautiful interior of the apartment made with love and great taste. It is located in the very center of the city. We did not immediately find the way to the house, but the owner Daniele was patient and very friendly. He helped us find the way to the house and the garage. Thanks to him!

“Everything is even better than described”

Pistoia is a wonderful historical city with very kind, friendly and pleasant people. Numerous museums and churches, squares and streets, restaurants and cafes are enough to keep you from leaving the city. If you decide to visit one of the nearby cities (Firenze, Lucca, Pisa...) it is very easy - by train in 30-40 minutes. The owner of the apartment is a great man, open to all questions and any kind of help. (He welcomed us with a bottle of wine on the table and refreshing drinks in the fridge.) The apartment is in the historic center of the city - about a hundred steps from all sights. It is equipped with everything for a multi-day stay, very clean and practical. There are also grocery stores not far away. They have a separate parking lot for the car two minutes from the apartment. Everything is even better than described on Booking. After all - I will be happy to come again.

Amazing welcome and parking organised in limited traffic zone. Great value for money and a few steps from the main square. Even had some toys for the small children.

The best experience we had in Italy. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Great location. Great for exploring the city and very convinient for traveling to Florence, Piza, Lucca and all around. Absolutelly recommend this place, you will deffinetlly love it and feel the real italian atmosphere there. Chiara is great host with the most sunny, friendly and kind personality.
