Overview
Located in the countryside 3 km from the historical centre of Pistoia, Agriturismo Amedea is a 17th-century farm surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It offers Tuscan-style suites, an outdoor pool and garden. All units at the Amedea boast fine wooden furnishings and terracotta floors. Rooms have a flat-screen TV and a seating area with sofa. A natural breakfast is available daily at the property. Olive oil and wine produced on site can also be purchased. Discounted rates are offered at restaurant partners. The property is a 15-minute drive from Montecatini-Terme Thermal Area. Lucca can be reached by car in 30 minutes, while Florence is 40 km away.

“A perfect experience”
The entire experience was excellent. The rooms are simply spotless and the location is overall very good. We sort of new what to expect from Tuscany, so no big surprises on the overall location but the interaction with Antonella, the owner, was truly inspiring!

Lovely location to visit Tuscany in a warm and welcoming property. Wonderful breakfast laid out every morning, with home made recipes and appetizing delicacies. Our stay was made all the more special by Antonella and her daughter, who could not have been better hosts, warm and welcoming.

“I want to come back one day :)”
The owner is so nice, you want to stay with her for longer and just chat. Villa and surrounding area is the cleanest place I've ever been (you can eat from the floor in apartment and feel safe). Everything has its place in a perfect shape. And the view is wonderfull. Real Tuscany with oil fields, grapes and cypresses. And the smell of blumming oranges! Crazy!

“Paradise”
Antonella is a wonderful person who takes care of her guests in an exemplary way. A particular pleasure is the breakfast - every day something new, deliciously prepared from local ingredients. My apartment was excellent, with a very comfy bed. Wifi works well. The bathroom is not huge but just fine. The agriturismo is in an amazingly good location - in the quiet countryside and yet right at the edge of Pistoia, a stunningly beautiful medieval city. This was my third stay at Amedea and I am already looking forward to the next.

“Fantastic stay in an amazing area”
Antonella is the most lovely hostess you will meet and makes you feel right at home. She goes beyond and above for her guests to make their stay perfect. The fresh and delicious home cooked breakfast has a lot of variety and is different everyday. The bathroom is very modern and has all the comfort wanted. Overall hygiene in the entire accommodation is impeccable. The pool has a comfortable lounge area and free bikes can be used to get around. Antonella also gives great recommendations for restaurants and trips and makes reservations if wanted. Her home made products like olive oil and limoncello are also very delicious. It’s a great base location to discover the Tuscan culture and beautiful nature. We will for sure come back when we’re in this area again.
