The location of the villa was ideal for us. It was secluded, private, quiet and tranquil. The Villa had all essential items that you would expect and more! WiFi was good! We loved the typical Cypriot, homely charms. Outside area was excellent. Chris was attentive, he went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He happily gave friendly and informative advice where to eat and visit. We couldn’t ask for a better host! He was always available to contact by phone if needed. Own transport is essential and villa has plenty of space to park! We will happily return to the villa and would recommend to others. Unfortunately we were only there for one week but would have loved to have stayed longer.

The villa location is perfect, but car hire is essential as it is out of the way. Driving in Cyprus is a breeze, the roads are always quiet and they drive on the left. Pissori bay is beautiful, not too busy and not commercial, it has bars and restaurants but it is not overly lively. The area of the villa is very peaceful but only 3km from the beach. Pissouri village square is a must visit, especially on a Friday when they have their 'Cyprus Night', with live dance and music. The villa is spacious and well equipped, it has everything you need. The host, Chris was very friendly, he came very other morning to clean the pool and one morning left us some grapes. He also offered to buy groceries for our arrival. The private pool was by far the highlight of the holiday, the water temperature was perfect and we went in every day. The outdoor shower with hot running water was a bonus, as was the BBQ, the villa really does have everything for a comfortable holiday.

Location and Privacy

Zena villa is in a very tranquil position, very private with a choice of outdoor spaces to suit the sun. Excellent pool well maintained by the owner. Easy drive to several beaches and restaurants.

The villa was extremely clean and Chris came in every other day to clean the pool area and surrounds . Chris was exceptionally helpful and very friendly and had provided everything that we needed for our stay in the villa . We found we needed a car or there is a very efficient taxi service in Pissouri bay, however the beach and numerous good restaurants are only a mile or so away.,

location is superb. quiet country village with total peace and quiet. Villa is fantastic, with everything anyone needs for a stay of any length. Host, Chris, is always on hand for any queries and visits every couple of days to clean the pool and outdoor areas. This is our second consecutive year of staying at Zena and we are already considering it again for next year. Absolutely faultless!

This is a fantastic property, especially if you like to be in a quiet location with plenty of nature surrounding you. The supermarket is a 5-min drive from the property, with the beach being 5-mins in the alternative direction. The outdoor area isn’t overlooked by other properties, so swimming in the pool and sunbathing etc is very private.

The pool and garden was beautiful. The location was great for Pissouri, Pafos etc (by car).

Host was waiting for us with snacks and took us on a tour of the villa, extremely helpful and informative throughout our tour, always stayed in touch, assisted us with restaurant choices and where to get boarding passes printed for our return flight - could not recommend highly enough.

The house is very well located being close to facilities in Pissouri and Pissouri Bay as well as being within easy reach of Pafos and Limassol on the motorway. it is secluded without being isolated and overlooks the surrounding countryside. The pool is excellent being unusually large and the outside areas have great charm. Chris, who manages the property, is a great host with good ideas and local knowledge.

Zena Villa is situated nearby Pissouri Beach (2.5 km), Junction 39 of the motorway (App. 1 km) and Pissouri village (app. 4 km; take the main road, the direct way is not suitable for rental cars). The garden is south-oriented with lot of shade. The pool is 11 m in length what is great - however when we were there at the end of October the water was too cold for long swimming. The house is not new but everything works in good condition, ist is very clean. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very generiously equipped. Chris is a fabulous host. He came to the Villa several times a week to hoover the Pool, broom the terraces, always happy to give advice but never disturbing. He even bought breakfast for us as we arrived with delay late in the evening!

Friendly and helpful host, peaceful place, big swimming pool, all you need in the kitchen, great view. we enjoyed our stay.

The convenient & very pretty setting, the pool, the outside shower, the space, the different areas of outside seating, air conditioning in every room, the amount of towels & spare bedding provided, & of course Chris the owner; he was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about good places to visit & eat.

Very calm and nice place. For navigation use Zena Holiday Villa. Very pleasant and welcoming host Chirs giving good advises (worth to listen where to shop, which beach to go, where to eat, what to see and etc). Nice pool cleaned byhost every second day. Airconditioning in every room. Great barbecue set (gas barbecue). Car is a must!
