We had an excellent stay at Rozaki Villa. The location is spot-on — easy access to Pissouri (10 min walk up steep hill, or 2 min drive) and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The villa itself is well-designed, clean, and properly equipped for a small family with spacious bedrooms, a bright open-plan living area, and a functional well-equipped kitchen. The pool and terrace were the highlight: quiet, well-kept and perfect for relaxing once our toddler was down for a nap. Everything felt thoughtfully maintained and easy to settle into; we arrived late and really appreciated the package of food that had been left (bread, cheese, ham, milk etc). We'd happily stay again — one of the nicest villas and holidays we’ve had for a long time. Pissouri is excellent too, lots of lovely restaurants and a great square to sit in. Liked: - Peaceful location and lovely views - Private pool and outdoor space - Clean, well-equipped interior - Easy parking and good privacy

Wonderful villa. Would highly recommend. Comfortable, quiet, private, really well furnished. It was also serviced. Pool regularly cleaned and weekly housekeeping with cleaning and linen change. Owners were on hand to help with any small problem and in fact visited the day after we arrived to ensure everything was OK.

This is a lovely villa and pool in a quiet location but easy access to other places on the island. It’s our 2nd time in this villa and we came back because it’s just superb.

Our family enjoy pissouri bay, beach, restaurants a slower pace especially when visiting family In cyprus. The weather has been hot this November so the villa is idealy based for most areas. The villages are lovely this time of year not too busy. We loved staying in Rozaki villa, felt very relaxed enjoyed every minute. The owner was very friendly it was nice to know you could contact him if needed a very nice relaxed check in as he greeted us & left some bread, milk ect in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Eve pissouri villas as there everything you need for a perfect stay.

great location- short drive to supermarket that stocked lots of local and british brands (great for fussy kids) and short drive to lovely beach. pool was good, kitchen well equipped and much welcomed bread/milk etc in fridge when arrived. Host was very helpful and always responded quickly when messaged.

Rozaki villa exceeded all of our expectations - spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - everything that you could possibly want to make the perfect holiday was provided by our thoughtful host, Stavros. The pool and gardens were superb and very private and we spent many lazy days swimming and enjoying long lunches cooked on the bbq. The position of the villa is ideal, between the village and Pissouri Bay where we enjoyed some excellent evening meals in the local tavernas. We hired a car and would recommend this to explore other parts of the island, but we found it hard to drag ourselves away from the villa for too long. In a word? Wonderful!

beautiful spacious 2 bedrooms villa. only a short but steep walk to the village square lively clean pool. beautiful sunbeds quiet private location. stavros let us check out late which was very much appreciated. ( lots of nice simple touches toilet rolls bin bags cleaning products !) the photos online are exactly as they are in real life !

The villa is very clean, bed is comfortable, has everything we need, location is peaceful but still able to easily get to restaurants etc. Plus, the owner Stavros could not be more attentive and helpful

The property was very spacious with a plenty of space out by the pool - where there is a gorgeous breeze that passes through - which is needed this summer. There was a little ginger and white cat that came to visit every day - he is very adorable and just wants some shade in the garden. 💙

The villa is in a lovely peaceful location, just minutes from the village centre with some very good restaurants.tavernas and not much further to supermarket and local beaches. The pool was the cleanest we have ever had along with the inside of the villa which was spotless. Stavros, the extremely pleasant owner was on hand if needed, but we were supplied with all that we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pissouri
