Located on an oceanfront bluff off of Pismo Beach, Tides Oceanview Inn and Cottages offers an ideal location for guests. Free WiFi and free parking are also provided for guests’ convenience. “It would have been perfect had I not been an hour and a half late checking out and had my promised 20% discount been app”
The first 3 weeks were perfect , the hotel staff amazing. But somehow I misunderstood the checkout date and was late by an hour and a half checking out and things got ugly fast . I felt terrible as they had guests coming in as well. Someone on the staff team said some mean things and my checkout price was higher than I was quoted or had paid all the prior days … Much higher. I was to receive a 20% off for my stays as I am local and in between houses. They didn’t apply that to my Che out fees at all . I guess because I was late checking out .
