I was all of 100m from the beach, and there was plenty to do within a short walk of my room. The site itself was clean, and the staff were helpful.

Shout out Caleb for being a great front desk host. He was polite and professional. We were able to check in a little earlier than 4pm thank goodness. He also gave recommendations on a good burger place and replaced the room remote that the previous guest took by accident. The location of this Motel 6 is walkable to everything! Firstly, you're like 20 yards to the beach enterance/dock, a block from the PISMO BEACH sign and boardwalk, and plenty of eateries. 10 stars! Vending machines: Soda, Ice Pros: Plenty of parking, clean, comfy, price, location (walkable)

Absolutely nothing. We left immediately after seeing the terrible condition of the two rooms.

The location was perfect, staff were very friendly and nice. The room was comfortable but could do with updating in my opinion but the stay was nice nonetheless

Our room was tiny. Only hand soap was provided. I did ask for shampoo, and eventually the man found a bottle. There was no tv remote in the room. Morning coffee was to be available in the lobby, but the lobby was locked until after 7am some time, and then once the employee opened up, it was going to take too long to make the coffee, so never got to sample it.

Rooms were spacious and clean. One of the TVs didn't work properly and the front desk was a bit dismissive and didn't fix. Good location to walk out to dinner etc. The 2 bedroom with kitchenette was spacious with decent fridge, microwave, dining table, etc but didn't have any crockery, cutlery or mugs.
