The pillows were comfortable, the air con unit in room 3 was new so working well. Shower worked to freshen us up.

“Negative reviews are over the top.”
After reading the bad reviews I was a little worried however it was great at the Blue Seal. The Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. I think the negative reviews come from those thinking they're checking into the Hilton for small penny.
