My fully paid reservation was canceled with no reason. After that absurd solutions. Giving me a cold basement room with no real bed and no key to the room. Refusing to answer my phone call how to get a key later, and never calling me about it even it was promised. I could never sleep there in the end. At least two other people got same treatment. Avoid this place at all costs.

We didn't get our room for which one we already paid, because reception was closed and we called by the number +420602342603 and we were told that it's closed and then they hang out the phone. And we stayed in the middle of the night at the street. And we still didn't get a refund or compensation. Thanks for serving

We certainly liked the location but ...we had to go to a different building for a check-in. The room was Ok, though a lamp in a shower room did not work. We had to announce it at the reception and they fixed it up. The lift to the floor was quite shabby and outdated. Still I think Pisek is a nice place to visit. And yes, there is a parking place available for a certain price
