We stayed in the apartment on the second floor (counting from ground floor with the garages) ans we were happy to find not one, but two terraces! One was very sunny, the other one offered some shade. All in all we had great time in Pisak, which is a charming little village with astonishing views. The owner is very nice, speaks good English and was happy to answer all of our questions and satisfy all our requests. Other pluses: + super comfy beds (mattresses looked new) + well equipped kitchen + aircon (though only in the living room) + mosquito nets on the windows

“Perfect place to get out of the crowd, and a perfect base from which to go on day trips.”
Lovely view from balconies, very close to the sea, but you have to climb lots of steps on your way back, so anyone with knee problems should choose another place to spend their holiday. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Not that many people live here, so if you want to get out of the crowd, its great. Also, a lot of places are worth visiting in the area: the towns of Omis, Split, and Makarska, the Cetina valley with the Gubavica waterfall (rafting and canyoning possible here), the islands of Brac and Hvar, and the fortress of Klis. You can get fresh fish to grill in Omis if you want to grill your own food at the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they also sell olive oil, wine and rakia, so you don't have to go far to hunt souvenirs if you arrive by car. I will forever be in love with the area. :)
