We spent two weeks in one of the beautiful apartments at Wolf Totem. Although we initially planned to stay only a few nights, we ended up extending our stay twice because we enjoyed it so much. Wolf Totem offers a level of comfort and quality that feels truly luxurious for a backpackers-style place. Its real strength lies in the location and the sense of peace it offers. During our trip, we were deeply engaged in working with plant medicine, and Wolf Totem became a perfect place to recharge. It truly felt like home to us. We had a lovely terrace overlooking the valley, and from there it was wonderful to relax and observe life unfolding below. There are also many sweet animals around the property that regularly come by to connect or simply rest. As animal lovers, we really appreciated this. It is also a perfect base for exploring Pisac and the surrounding area. You can walk to the center of Pisac in about 20 minutes, or take a tuk-tuk for just 3 soles. The view over the valley is stunning, and there is even a waterfall nearby. The peace and quiet here are so welcome after busy days visiting Pisac or the sacred places in the Sacred Valley. Cusco is also easily accessible — about 50 minutes by bus. We will definitely be back!

Ivan the host is a total dude - no bullshit just a straight up honest traveler who decided to make and honest and cool place to stay. the facilities are great in teems of there being communal space and accomdation of a range of prices and styles from dorm through to a beautiful little villa I took and omg the view from my balcony. if you can afford or if your travelling as a couple get the dream villa the sunsets are wild
