Warm, sincere, and deeply caring, the kind of hospitality you cannot fake. The space itself is beautifully authentic, full of soul and calm energy. You walk in and immediately exhale. Everything feels thoughtfully created rather than commercially staged. Reliable hot water (always a blessing when travelling), and a lovely kitchen setup if you want to cook your own meals — practical details done right. What stayed with me most was the place's feeling. Peaceful, grounded, heart-led. You can tell this hotel is run with love, not just business in mind. If you value authenticity, warmth, and beautiful energy, Rumi Hotel is a gem. We loved everything about our stay. The host was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The garden, views, and room are gorgeous and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen where we prepared our breakfast each day. The location, being a bit outside of town, was great and very quiet and had a place where we could park next to the road.

The host is super friendly and sweet.. very helpful with early check in and late check out.. its a wonderful quite rustic space.. clean comfortable and away from the road :))

“Promising, with a bit of work required”

Loved the manager who tried hard to communicate well with us via google translate As we spoke little Spanish and he little English. He was very helpful and found us a driver. It could be a beautiful haven… if you’re ok to brave the stairs and want to use a beautiful clean shared kitchen, & dining, a place to do laundry.. we were at the end of a big trip and just wanted to be able to have hot showers and access wifi without any issues.

Really beautiful rooms with very comfortable bed, I had the best sleep of my life according to my Fitbit! The staff are really lovely, they’re always happy to help and they were very flexible with our check out time as we were leaving Pisac quite late. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The surrounding mountains are beautiful and the stars are amazing as the property is a little way up the hill from the town and there is less light pollution.

Lovely large rooms in a peaceful location outside of town. Kitchen available is well equipped and clean, and the owner was very kind in making sure everything we needed was working and gave us fruits to have with our breakfast

We had the most wonderful stay at Rumi Lodge. The rooms, kitchen and dining areas are all very clean, spacious, homely and decorated beautifully. It is a short walk out from town, perched up on the hill with stunning views. There’s a free washing machine for use, clothes line, plenty of grass and a fire pit. Extremely peaceful and beautiful, our favourite stay in Peru.
