A really good place to stay in this pretty town, being clean and tidy, well furnished and having nice views - yet also good value. I’m surprised by some less-positive reviews on this site - I can’t see how this doesn’t merit a thumbs up.

The main reason I chose the hotel was because of the photos and 3 star rating . Both fell short . Otherwise , if the hotel hadn’t misrepresented itself it was very pleasant place to stay . 🌟

“Great value money and nice place”
This place has excellent value for money, I honest don’t understand the reviews. For less than $20 per night we had, nice clean and comfy room, hot shower, nice balcony with view (recommend the room with balcony) and good breakfast. The staff was pleasant and polite. The location is quiet and just 2minutes from the square (Pisac is very small anyway so everything is so close). We had a great stay!

The stay was very disappointing: Upon arrival, we waited over 15 minutes for someone to open the door. There are no elevators, and we had to carry all our luggage ourselves to the third floor. The room we received was significantly smaller than advertised, and the kitchen did not have even a single basic utensil. When we asked to use the main kitchen, we were told it was allowed, but later they were upset that we used it—even though we left it spotless. Additionally: • The walls are extremely thin; we turned on the TV at very low volume, and someone still came to complain. • The ceiling was peeling, and the bed sheets were very dirty. • We asked for 2 extra rolls of toilet paper since we were 3 guests, but only received one. • The shower water was cold for two full days. • There was no trash bin in the kitchen. • We were given only 2 towels even though we were 3 guests. The most serious issue – in the evening, we asked to extend our stay for one more night. We were told it was possible and that we could pay in the morning. However, during breakfast the next day, we were told to leave the room within 30 minutes. The conversation with the manager was extremely unpleasant and rude; we were told that new reservations had been made overnight (even though the place was clearly empty), and they even threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave—despite confirming the extension the night before. Terrible service experience. Not recommended at all.

The shower was incredible. Hot water with great pressure. After being in the mountains for some time it was wonderful. The space is simple but nice. Good bed. Kind and helpful staff.
