The room was very comfortable and incredibly clean. The owner and staff were lovely. The location was perfect for exploring Pisac. There was drinking water, hot drinks and fruit available in reception 24/7.

Augusta is amazing. She always fills my hot water bottle, checks in, is accomodating. I will come back - the ol e was beautiful the garden was beautiful and the tea/fruit station was perfect

The hotel run by Augusta and her extraordinarily attentive and caring attitude is truly the best experience I have had in many years of traveling around different countries. If I ever return to Pisac, I will definitely stay only in this wonderful place. The hotel is very clean and cozy. I am quite demanding when it comes to cleanliness, and here it absolutely deserves a full 10 points. There are no unpleasant smells, the room is cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided daily. The location is also excellent — very close to the center, yet still quiet. One evening there was a carnival on the main square, and I could faintly hear music, but it was not loud and did not disturb my rest at all. Inside the room there was soft, calm music that created a very cozy atmosphere. At the same time, there are many good restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a local market where you can find food and souvenirs. But the most remarkable thing is the warm atmosphere and the genuine care for the guests. I stayed during a cooler period, and Augusta suggested that I buy a hot water bottle at the pharmacy so I wouldn’t have to get into a cold bed at night. She kindly filled it with hot water for me, and after a few days, when I returned to the room in the evening after hiking in the mountains, I would find the hot water bottle already warm under the blanket — the caring hostess had prepared it in advance for my comfort. I have never experienced such kindness and thoughtfulness anywhere else. It truly felt as if I were staying with a beloved grandmother who is happy to see you and wants to make you feel comfortable. My heartfelt thanks to Augusta and her husband for the opportunity to stay in their home. I warmly recommend this place and will gladly stay here again in the future.

“Casa Augusta was a great experience and a comfy stay!!”

Casa Augusta is located at the heart of Pisac and feels like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived José, the host, treated me like family - he even made a special tea to help me with altitude sickness, he would fill out my water bottle every night so I wouldn't be cold!! The morning view was amazing, overlooking the mountains in a frame of leaves and flowers from the house's garden. The bed was huge, and the bathroom had lots of hot water. It was super comfy.

“A Memorable Homestay in Peru”

This was my first time doing a homestay, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. I truly felt at home during my three weeks in Peru, where I stayed at various places, including hotels, retreats, and Airbnbs. Each experience was wonderful, but my stay with Jose was exceptional. Jose went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. He cleaned my room every day and even prepared a warm herbal drink for me in the mornings. When my airport pick-up didn’t show up, he quickly arranged a taxi for me. He also helped me move three large suitcases from my Airbnb to his place. The house was sparkling clean, quiet, and had a lovely little garden, creating a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to find in such a central location. The hot water works perfectly for me comparing with the Airbnb I moved from. I can’t wait to return and stay there again! Thank you, Jose, for your heartfelt care and kindness. You truly shine a light within me!

I loved my stay at Casa Augusta. The location was excellent and quiet, but right in the centre of the town. Jose and his mum Augusta were lovely. I stayed for a week and they were caring and kind. The hotel is mid range - not budget but not upmarket - but the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains. The price was great for what I got. They sorted out my laundry at a good price. I left grateful for their kindness during my stay.
