“nice stay in Pirae”
Very friendly, good bed, bathroom was ok, clean I stayed in a room in the main house with a shared bathroom, the room was clean but very basic. Breakfast was ok with beautiful fresh fruit and bread/croissants with jam. Small clean swimming pool. We were able to use the kitchen and cook some meals which was amazing.

“Thank you what a lovely place to stay much more fun than an impersonal hotel”
Pare Lodge is in a lovely location surrounded by beautiful gardens. The Lodge is close to the hospital and within walking distance to several good supermarkets, the food trucks and to Papeete town. The swimming pool is a real bonus after a big walk.

“The change from corporate hotel to Pare Lodge is true Tahitian paradise!”
The continental breakfast was excellent! Staff was friendly, grounds were very well kept and was close to Hospital. When you came onto the grounds it was like walking into paradise! I also stayed at Tahiti Nui hotel, but this was a much more personal and Tahitian experience. I would definitely come back here when I return.

“Sure it would have been great”
Expected to arrive at lodge 4am 22/9/22. Flight NZ902 left Ak 6.45pm. Flight returned to NZ 1.48hrs out of Papeete. Never got to accomm at Lodge or Tiki Hotel. Reviewed lodge because after I explained my 'no show' they did not charge me. A similar happening at Tiki Hotel. They said they would charge me but have not. However they did not email saying they had decided not to charge. The Lodge was very good to me and very accommodating due to the circumstances. I did not go up to Tahiti. This was a shame as I was really looking forward to it.

My peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Papeete and the hospital. This has been my wee haven and saving grace while my husband was in hospital. Its a great location 5 min walk to the hospital, 5 min walk to supermarket, 5 min walk to the night food market and not far from the centre of town and the markets.
