My feedback is written based on fact that we paid just 24€/day. Few days ago I paid the same price just for 2 sun-beds on the beach in Ksamil. Here for that price we had a room with indoor WC/shower, A/C, mini fridge and double bed + breakfast + sun-beds on the beach included + free parking for car. We were traveling for 10 days through Albania (new day - new place) and found this place accidentally. But it was really nice! Wonderful beaches. The only inconvenience is that they don’t accept cards and and I wish the last 500 meters of road to hotel was better :)

“Amazing stay, would come back”

Amazing stay, wish we coul've stayed longer. Breakfast (regular Albanian breakfast) and sun beds were included in the stay. The beach coast only had like 4 rental places so it felt very roomy and nice. Dirt road (about 500 m) leading up to the booking it self, beach is so close it's ridiculous. Enjoyed our stay sooooo much. You can watch the sunset and also go fishing.

Fantastic location, excellent food, and truly outstanding staff! What made our stay so special was the incredible team. They went above and beyond to look after us throughout our visit. Because we had mixed travel plans, they kindly offered both an early breakfast and a late breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. There was no rush to settle payment on arrival, and assistance was offered with carrying our luggage to the room. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The beach is literally just 50 steps away, making the location perfect. The breakfast and dinner selections were excellent, with plenty of choice for everyone. On our last day, the staff all came to say goodbye, which was a lovely personal touch. The kids especially loved the crazy cat and BOY, the dog! Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.

Without doubt a 10/10 hotel! (I’d rate higher if I could!) I booked a family room for my 2 grown up children and I - it was bright, clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom with great shower. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and throughout our stay we were very well looked after! It’s a small, family run place with just 10 rooms and an intimate, authentically Albanian feel. The staff are all very attentive, caring and super friendly; special thanks to Eri, Igli and Elena for the exceptional service, beautiful memories and for making us feel truly at home. Set in a secluded spot away from the main road, the hotel is surrounded by unspoiled nature. There’s a beautiful garden area outside the rooms, the ocean is just steps away and a river runs through the mountains beyond the hotel, making it the perfect peaceful retreat. The faultless facilities include the restaurant with fresh home cooked food and relaxed atmosphere, and the cool beach bar - which is literally on the beach! - with super chilled vibe, fun and friendly staff, top cocktails and free, classy sun loungers. Garden Villa Naza is a really special place, I very highly recommended and can’t wait to come back!

The location is unbeatable. We arrived very late but still they offered us dinner. Thanks specially to the workers Danny, Igli and Helene, they were very friendly.

Good value for money, staff was mostly nice and super chill (sometimes maybe too much?) and the place was reasonably clean. Big plus for all of the animals and the lady waitress, she was perfect!

Beautiful area, off the beaten track. If you are after luxury this isn't for you, but the whole area has a nice, alternative vibe. The garden is beautiful, the food is excellent and the staff very friendly. Excellent value for money.

“Heaven on earth”

This is an oasis! Swallows swooping over translucent waters right in front of the hotel, plants, trees and flowers growing naturally but nurtured - something that ran through every detail of this place, Everything is simple and considered. The staff welcomed us into the family, inviting my daughter to play freely with puppies in the back of the hotel. They went as far as to give us a ride to top of the mountain early in the morning while refusing any attempt to pay them for the ride. We were there in off season but everything was calm and warm. Food is lovely and fresh. We will dream of this place!!!

The location is amazing, the property has a beachfront bar which was really nice. The staff are really nice and welcoming.

“Simple accommodation in wonderful location.”

the best thing in this place is location 10 points. Directly on the wonderful beach. Not crowded. People can come only by cars. Restaurant is very good. Grilled fish just perfect :)

“Beautiful family time”

We stayed at Garden Villa Naza for 8 nights in August and it was the perfect holiday spot. The place is beautiful and has everything you need in one perimeter. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and with such amazing surroundings, that’s really all you need. There’s a restaurant/breakfast bar right by the building with a very welcoming vibe, and just across the road you’ll find a beach bar with a private beach and sun loungers available to reserve daily. The location is stunning – mountains behind you, the Ionian Sea in front, and crystal-clear water to swim in. What really makes this place stand out is the hospitality of the owners and staff. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. A special mention to Elena and Pati at the beach bar, whose exceptional service and warm care made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We also recommend visiting the nearby village of Borsh – just be sure to use the main roads, as side roads can be unsafe. Overall, a truly wonderful stay – we would love to return!

Wonderful off the beaten track location. Great vibe on the beach and beach bars, super friendly staff all over, not overcrowded and simply stunning sunset, beach and quality all over. Don’t hesitate if you like a «backpacking vibe» and not too developed or high standards for everything. Suits all people traveling for the purpose of adventure.

Amazing location, great sunbeds, quiet place with beautiful beach. Perfect for short beach holiday. Car park, accommodation, restaurant, beach bar, small market, all in the same small area. Would definately return here!
