Cesare welcomed us and showed us around his lovely apartment. The terrace is lovely and the apartment beautifully clean and comfortable. The bus stop into the centre of Piombino was right outside.

This is an amazing place. I highly recommend Cesare's flat. You will have extremely spacious appartment for yourself with all facilities that you may need during your stay. And you can take a shower with your favourite music in the background (thanks to Alexa system)! We will definitely stay there again during our next trip to Tuscany.

CESARE and his son were fantastic! They were BEYOND helpful in assisting us to find my lost luggage. Just the best hosts you could imagine. The apartment was like something a rock star would stay in…totally retro and oh so very cool. Adaptors for all technology instruments EVERYWHERE…even a vinyl record player! Now you don’t see those very often in a rental! LOVED the outdoor terrace, so meticulously care for and again: thank you CESARE!!!!!!

Mr. Cesare is an amazing host. I read the review before I booked. I knew it is a great place, with a great host but when I met Mr. Cesare, I understood the review was underrated. He is beyond great. The place is clean, organised, high functioning, and spacious. I asked before the trip if it is possible to have something gluten-free for the breakfast. He wrote back, ok. I was expecting a toast and a boiled egg. However, Mr. Cesare has overly prepared with options and a good amount, succeeding the expectation. (Not to mention that he was literally standing in the cold welcoming us in the middle of empty piazza in the middle of winter.) Thank you for being such a great and kind host.

The flat itself was really spacious and very nicely furnished. The host was very kind and showed us around. As this is his flat it was very well equipped, with everything operating perfectly. High-end interiors. Designated parking space for the car. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Thanks for the experience.
