The Beach Guesthouse is located just 7 km from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in Loiza. This seafront property boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the gardens. Guests have access to a beautiful 10 km-section of boardwalk, where you will find beaches, restaurants and bike rental. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The deep swimming pool with waterfalls was a highlight—very relaxing and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, with the ocean literally just behind the fence. Having a private gate for direct beach access made everything so much more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and proximity to the sea

“Great hosts, glorious location, good value”
Fantastic place in an authentic location on the edge of San Juan. Although accommodation was compact, the outside pool and terrace area was large with plenty of places to sit and eat or relax in the sun by the pool. The lockable gate at the back opens straight onto the beach & boardwalk, which gives easy access to beach areas where it is possible to swim as well as to bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. This area is on the north coast of Puerto Rico, so the sound of the waves crashing to the shore is constantly in the background. The sea is clearly visible through the palms from the balcony areas of the three upstairs rooms/apartments. It's a fabulous haven a short drive away from the manic central San Juan area.

“Very, very nice place to relax.”
Ultra clean apartment and everything you might need inside. Good TV and loads of free channels. Lovely balcony with a pretty good sea view and right over a lovely clean pool. Plenty of space to relax, sun beds etc. Tiffany was quite responsive and assisted with a slightly early check-in as my wife was unwell which was brilliant. Ivette was on hand for assistance, also.

“Beautiful place to stay with family or friends!”
We enjoyed that the place was right on the beach. The pool was always clean and we had room service halfway through our stay! The room was very beautiful and clean and had everything we would need for our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing and the easy access to boardwalk so convenient. The owner so accommodating with my 2:30 AM arrival. owner was super helpful with giving me recommendations on food and places to visit.
