“Serene jungle villa, great host, food and peaceful sleep!”

In the middle of the jungle, such a peaceful place to be!! Ravi was a fantastic host. We had a fantastic short stay and loved our time there. Dinner and breakfast were divine!!

It was a wonderful stay! 🤗 Ravi made me feel very welcome, explained a lot about Sri Lanka, and helped organize everything. His family is lovely, and his wife’s cooking was amazing. 😇 The drive to Sigiriya was beautiful thanks to Tenice. Truly a great experience! 👍

We had a wonderful stay here! The family was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food they prepared for us was absolutely delicious. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The location was ideal for visiting the Elephant Freedom Project, which was the main reason for our stay. All in all, we can highly recommend this place :-)

The room was big and comfortable, clean wash room with hot water. breakfast was excellent large portions were served. very well organised by the owner. Would definitely go again & would recommend my friends for a comfortable stay.

Nice homestay with friendly family who gave us a little tour of their garden Ravi was friendly and good to have a chat with about Sri Lanka Big, clean room Was in a nice little village where we went for a little walk Drinking water was provided- free of charge

It was one of the best stays in Sri Lanka. In the middle of the jungle. We really loved to stay with family. It was the most authentic staying that we had in Sri Lanka. the kids (2 years and 5 years), are still talking about their home in srilanka in the middle of the jungle, they loved to spend time with grandmom ( she taught them one song, and we must singing every day ) and their tuk tuk driver, which was the best driver at alll srilanka. we recommend to all families to spent time in jungle homestay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ravi and his family are the BEST! We had an amazing time with them, the room was very big and clean it’s right in the jungle with beautiful nature around. They picked us up from the airport and made our stay so easy for us. His wife’s cooking skills are outstanding!! Ravi showed us around his work place which is producing natural / plant medicine it was great to see

Amazing experience! Ravi and Rebecca were very caring and welcoming hosts, they really make you feel like home - also Ravi took us to some special places and showed us his ayurverdic Spa workplace. The location in the dschungel was amazing, it‘s surrounded by a big variety of plants & animals (in same time the room was very clean and no insects inside!).

“Amidst thick dense jungle, and amongst a lively family. Best Stay near Pinnawala!”

Jungle Village Homestay is amidst thick dense forest and it is apt for people travelling to spend some quality time with nature. The homestay is surrounded by their farm and the owner's mother was very keen on explaining every crop and tree she grows there. I went with my mother and father and they were thrilled to see the enthusiasm of the host and this was our first day stay after we landed in lanka. truly a great way to start our Sri Lankan Trip. Thank you very much Mr. Ravi for a wonderful stay.

Ravi and his family were perfect hosts, providing a delicious evening meal at a nominal price. Breakfast was included and very generous and tasty. The family happily talked about Sri Lanka and their lives. Ravi arranged transport to the local town, which was well worth exploring and then onto the Freedom Elephant Project.

“Peaceful family homestay”

We felt very walmly welcomed and like a temporary addition to the family. Ravi met us off the bus in his tuk tuk and his family were there to greet us when we arrived at their home. We found the room very comfortable, loved the balcony space and the fridge! It's a tranquil place within a village so no shops or restaurants, just local life. Rebecca cooked delicious food and Ravi's mum showed us around their garden and all the fruit and medicinal plants. She is a very interesting and lovely lady. If you are considering staying here, don't think any longer!

“Lovely family of hosts, very helpful, beautiful jungle view”

Very lovely family, Ravi, his wife and mother are so nice and try their absolute best to give you a perfect stay. Arrange Tuktuks, cook tasty meals and help with anything you need. It‘s in the middle of the jungle with a beautiful view. Their are no windows, so it may be loud during the night when the dogs bark, so bring along some ear plugs.

What can I say about ravi. He is a great man. Very hospitable and his wife is the best cook. You will feel like you are at home. I highly recommend you book his house to be within Nature.

The accommodations are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is authentic and amazing, and same goes for our gracious host and tour guide. At no point in our stay did we feel discomfort. The experience allowed us to immerse in the Sri Lankan culture in a way that was comfortable and inviting.
