Comfort studio with modern kitchen and everything you need for a vacation for a couple or family of 3. Quiet part of the town and you have 10 min walk to the beach or supermarket. The owner is a great guy, if you need anything just ask him.

Nicely renovated modern themed one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Very comfortable unit with good a/c and wifi. A bonus was the washing machine. In Pineda near the beach (other than on the beach) is all resident only parking but being near the A11 meant I found parking just over the road. The unit has shutters which provides some extra privacy from the plaza. Comfortable bed. Felt at home. Good security on the doors.

“Perfect stay in Pineda for families”
Spacy appartments, perfect for families and well equipped inside. Appartments located in quite place. Shopping centres are in 5 min walking distance. It will take about 7 minutes to go to the beach, but there are no hills and it's not difficult. Appartments owner is very responsible and nice person that is ready to help with any problem.

“Comfortable and convenient apartment in Pineda”
The property was perfectly located. Just a quick 5-min walk to the main street and about 10 minutes to the beach. The apartment had everything needed and in good working condition. We specially appreciated the washing machine after a beach day. There were umbrellas ready for us to take with us to the beach as well, which was very handy. Alex, the host, was really friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back!

“Good apartments with a great location”
Firstly, I liked the location of the apartment. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, and there are two squares with grocery stores nearby. Secondly, I liked the apartments themselves — a good studio apartment with everything you need for life. Third, a good owner. When I went to the location for the first time, the bus did not take me to the bus stop. The owner came to pick me up and helped me get there.

“We had a wonderful time!”
Location is wonderful. Super close to the center of town, but very quiet. Friendly host and easy to reach via whatsapp. appartment was spacious and we could cook and wash.
