“Very bad”
Had an accident in the pool that a person hit me while sliding down from slide and I ended up going to emergency. No staff followed up with me about this. Not sure if an accident report been filed. Definitely safety issue.

“Kind friendly great staff!”
The staff working at the breakfast were exceptional. They worked very hard to keep the food items well stocked. They were attentive to questions about allergies and helpful in pointing out food options. Good variety for those without allergies. Front desk staff were excellent as well. Helpful in freezing our ice packs, getting towels, answering questions. Very good smooth and timely check in and check out experience.

I wasn't a big fan of the online check-in. You were forced to answer questions such as arrival time when you weren't really sure when you would arrive. I couldn't complete the checkin without giving all my CC information and a photo of my ID. It made be uncomfortable.

Evening receptionist was lovely. Couldn't do enough. I didn't get her name. The room was spotless. We drove to Waterton. Easy drive. Had really good pizza at Als across the carpark. Breakfast was simple but good.
