Awesome location very close to most of mount Pelion, points of interest. The area where the property is, offers spectacular views and it is very quiet. Rooms impeccably renovated, clean, spacious and well equipped with huge comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Easy nearby street parking. Lovely and helpful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family. The B&B is lovely and is beautifully maintained. An historic building in a beautiful mountain village. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There are lovely beaches a short drive away and horse-riding/ walks close by. The village is peaceful and has a beautiful square with restaurants a few minutes walk from the B&B. The breakfasts were delicious, served out on the terrace with great views. Edouard was a lovely host who was very attentive and helpful with suggestions for activities, help with booking things and advice about local beaches and activities. It was a perfect stay.

We stayed with my family in the village of Pinakates, on the Pelion Peninsula in Greece, and it was a wonderful experience! The place is well-maintained, clean, and organized. The pool is stunning, and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was homemade and delicious, with a variety of fresh foods. What truly made the experience special was the warm hospitality of the owners, Edward and Maria Louis and their staff.They welcomed us with open arms from the very first moment, and were always there when we needed help, whether it was with recommendations for tours, restaurants, or other activities. They also provided us with beach equipment, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was done with a smile, and they genuinely made sure we felt at home. A fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!

“Exceptional place to stay if you want to visit Pelion”

Very nice rooms, old house carefully renovated and exceptionally decorated. Very nice facilities, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, informative of the history of the house, the village and Pelion. Highly recommended.

Very clean and well maintained room and houses. Delicious breakfast (and free liquor) with many self-made food / ingredients beside an open fireplace. Eduard (owner) knows everything about the area, also don’t dos and takes all the time to explain and organize some trips.

The hosts and staff of the B&B were extremely helpful and friendly,breakfast every morning was fantastic. The village,B&B and surrounding area are breathtaking.I can not recommend this B&B enough. Many tanks to the Ta Xelidonakia staff & hosts for making our families stay so enjoyable.

This is a beautifully restored old property in a lovely Greek village, making a great base for exploring the region. we were made very welcome by the owners and staff.

Τhe historic building is amazing and very carefully renovated. Extra credit to the owner Mr Edward who explained everything in detail for us right from the begining! The breakfast was exceptional having each day a different surprise. The swimming pool is very beautiful and cosy leaving place for some extra chilling in between to our tours. The room is amazing with a huge bed and really quite. The village is very nice and picturesque.

Authentic style, well kept heritage elements, good breakfast and comfy pillows

The hotel is traditional and spotless. Everything is of high quality and well maintained. The garden is beautiful and the pool is in a very nice spot with a great view. The room was spacious, cool (no a/c needed), nicely decorated, with huge beds, and the bath fully equipped. The breakfast is excellent with sweet & savory options including homemade marmelades and a variety of coffees. This time of the year it is served in the The owners (Mr Edouard & Mrs Maria-Louisa) and the lady at breakfast buffet are such polite and lovely persons. Their hospitality and discretion is exceptional. Mr Edouard also gave us a lot of useful tips and recommendations for beaches, activities and restaurants around Pilio. We enjoyed every moment at Xelidonakia. It is highly recommended.

BF was outstanding. We very much appreciated the level of service provided by the staff, and the owner Edouard. His concern for the guests was simply of another order. Kudos to Edouard.
