There were lockers on the base lift and we could leave our skis and boots there. The staff and owners are super helpful and they do their best to accommodate everyone.

Hotel and staff were superb, everyone in the bars and restaurants seemed pleased to see us and it was genuinely a superb 4 days and the skiing was great considering the high temperatures

Wonderful location with beautiful grounds and easy access to the chair lift and walking paths. The food at breakfast was good, dinner was exceptional and excellent value. Easy parking. Very much a family owned feel to the place which suited us. Very personal and warm. The spa is lovely, great sauna and hydro pool

The staff were fantastic, very helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially Andre and the lady at reception. The location was great and only a 5 to 10 minute walk into the resort, although the resort was lacking in shops and restaurants. The hotel had a secure ski locker close to the lifts, enabling you to leave your equipment there each day. (See photo) The hotel was able to arrange everything for your skiing and were competitively priced too, compare to some shops offering ski hire. They also provided lift passes and lessons. Hotel arranged/made a birthday cake for me, for which my partner paid a separate fee. Views from our room were stunning. (See photos)

1. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and friendly staff 2. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly - especially Andre who was always smiling! 3. Ski hire and lift passes organised from the hotel was super convenient and the equipment was of excellent quality 4. The lounge was very warm and welcoming 5. The stay at La Chance Hotel was excellent value for money could not of wished for anything more out of our stay. With booking a skiing trip for a group, the correspondence from the staff; in particular André in order to purchase ski passes and rent out skiing gear provided by the hotel was very much appreciated. The hotel provide a storage department near the skiing platform which is an extra bonus, we were all too happy to leave out equipment there instead of going back with it to the hotel each day. The spa facilities are also very good, and the massage on the Friday night after a week on the slopes was incredible. Good spread provided each morning for breakfast, starting at 8am thus on the slopes well before 9am.
