If I could give this place more than a 10, I would. It’s much more than just a B&B - Edda, the owner, was born in this house and together with her husband they turned it into a hotel with their own hands. Now she manages everything on her own and you can truly see her heart in every little detail. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home: setting breakfast herself, baking delicious pies, making great coffee in the morning and sharing excellent recommendations about local restaurants and Cinque Terre. The place itself is peaceful, spotless and beautifully kept. It was one of the best accommodations of our 2-week trip - don’t hesitate, this is the place to stay! “Great experience in an italian traditional village”

Great location in a small & quiet village. The host is very nice, very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well organised. The breakfast is amazing, traditional food including home made delicious pies.

“Memorable stay at La Meridiana Casale.”

We had the most wonderful stay at La Meridiana. Edda is an amazing hostess, always taking care of you and making sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The house is located in a beautiful village, room was spacious for 3 of us and it was very clean. The breakfast is perfect - just like you would expect in a cozy B&B, fresh bread and cakes, local salami and cheese. Yummy! Can’t recommend enough, we’ll definitely stay there again when travelling to Cinque Terre. Grazie Edda.

This was our second visit; we chose to come back because we had a very positive experience before. We stayed in a lovely four-person room with its own kitchen. The homemade tarts and coffee at breakfast were fantastic! We were very comfortable with the kids. Despite the heat, it was cool at night, and we slept well. Owner was very attentive and provided great information about places to visit. We felt at home,Thank you!

The location is cozy and very quiet, it is a beautiful village close to Cinque Terre, very accessible. The host is excellent and knows a lot of languages. The host also serves excellent and very taste-full and traditional Italian breakfast (collazione). The room is spacious and has beautiful view of the city. Parking is easy and close. I would wish all accommodations were like this. It was excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was impeccable clean. Everything is at superlative. Room was big enough and had AC, TV and a fridge. It's clear that this is a family business well organized and you will feel like home. Thanks to Edda for all the useful information and for the perfect home made cakes and Italian coffee. Imagine every morning trying 2 different cakes freshly baked one night before especially for all guests. Located in a peaceful little village named "Casala" with enough parking spaces right near the church. You can easily reach Monteroso al Mare in like 20 25 min. For the price paid it's amazing how good the breakfast was and how welcoming the owner is. 5 stars from us. Grazie mille 🤗
