Staff was superb, friendly, nice, super helpful even if it meant to communicate with hands, face or feet sometimes, got good advice of where, what, how regarding our visit, places nearby etc. Even my picky eater kids found something they enjoyed during breakfast. And for me- I'm a big guy who loves to eat and even I got full from the food served.

My stay in the room was excellent! The price was very reasonable, and the room itself was clean and well-kept. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed. The beach nearby is also beautiful, which made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place 👌

“Not up to standard for the high cost of staying here”

Room smelt musty, and damp on arrival. Only 3 pillows for a double bed. Shower, you had to run the water for at least 5 minutes to obtain any hot water. Towels provided for use with the shower were actually "waffle tea towels" but larger. The hand towels were just plain cotton tea towels. Both of which I would only use to dry my dishes and plates with... Plus my shower towel had 2 large holes in it !! The breakfast wasn't up to standard. I was lucky enough to have scrambled egg 1 morning, but the second morning they didn't have any eggs. I do not eat ham or cheese at breakfast, nor do I eat cake/biscuits, for dietary reasons. So apart from that I was left with 1 pot of yogurt and 1 pack containing 2 crackers with butter and honey to eat. We booked this hotel as it stated it had a restaurant, however the actual restaurant didn't belong to the hotel, but was a separate business next door, which sadly was only open for business on 1 of our 2 night stay. Secondly the hotel offered a shuttle bus service to the train station where we could take the train to visit the villages along the Cinque Terre. However the shuttle wasn't running on the only day we were able to go sightseeing, which meant we had to drive to the station car park, and pay €20 to park, instead of the €2.50 per person the hotels shuttle would have cost us. To stay at this hotel it cost us a princely €250 for 2 nights. In our opinion at least €100 overpriced.

“Nice accommodation in cinq terre region”

The staff is very nice and helpful. We checked in too late and Lady Claudia left the key for us. The breakfast is extremely good - fresh omelette, warm croissant and delicious cake.

The property was nice and clean with a great breakfast.

The location of the property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You could get some peace and quiet and appreciate the views that were around the property. Breakfast was prepared for us at the time we requested and food was added when it was noticed that everything had been eaten. Highly recommended!

Very helpful having the daily shuttle into town! Claudia was very accommodating. Breakfast was great and the restaurant next door is wonderful.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Accommodation comfortable and clean. Shuttle bus is handy, drops you to Monterosso in the mornings 9 & 10am and collects in the evenings 6&7pm, note there is a charge for the shuttle, it was €2.50 each way per person for us. Good restaurant next door where we ate twice.

It is a quiet place at a distance of only few minutes from the noise of the Cinque Terre places. The owner is an amazing person trying to handle with all your needs.
